Pacific Northwest Fundraising (PNWF) helps nonprofit organizations build sustainable fundraising systems, strengthen donor relationships, and increase long-term development capacity.
Based in Vancouver, Washington, PNWF operates through a fractional, team-based development model, providing nonprofits with experienced fundraising leadership and the specialized support needed to move from reactive fundraising to intentional donor development.
Our work includes fundraising strategy, major donor and prospect development, capital campaigns, donor stewardship, CRM and database systems, grant strategy, annual and year-end giving campaigns, peer-to-peer fundraising, board activation, digital donor engagement, and campaign communications.
PNWF works alongside executive directors, boards, and organizational leaders to build the infrastructure behind successful fundraising — from identifying and researching prospective donors to preparing leadership for major gift conversations, managing campaigns, strengthening stewardship, and creating systems that ensure donor relationships are not dependent on institutional memory.
Our philosophy is simple: development is a team sport, and sustainable fundraising begins with strong relationships supported by strong systems.
